I'm currently in Canada, working with the incredible puppet theatre company, Les Sages Fous!
Some other things I've been doing recently, in no particular order:
Performing in The Jim Henson Company's long-running and wild improv show, Puppet Up!
Developing a new puppet theatre project with Sandglass Theater: Feral. We're set to premiere in the fall of 2024 and will be touring as far as Alaska! Sandglass is also collaborating with Doppelskope to remount The Amazing Story Machine.
After graduating with my Master's in puppetry and developing a bunch of new material at the O'Neill Conference, I've hit the slam circuit. I performed and co-hosted Coney Island USA's puppet slam, and brought The King's Justice (one of my signature pieces) at Puppets in Paradise (another Sandglass event!) I'll be back in NYC soon performing at La Mama's annual puppet slam.
Since my last blog update, a bunch of video projects I worked on have come out - Slumberkins on Apple TV, The Muppets Mayhem on Disney Plus, Womp & Co on FailArmy, and Feel Your Best Self, which won a Kidscreen Award and multiple Telly Awards! Oh and I was profiled on toughpigs.com as part of their pride month series!
And of course Creatures of Yes continues! We had a recent YouTube release, and there's more coming! Upcoming LA events also TBA!
I got to sit in the audience in Portland, Maine and enjoy a production of Gruff!, the climate change musical I co-wrote with my beloved Doppelskope partners.
Aaaaaand I've been building lots of puppets. I need to make a building page for this website.
